Biography

Av. Muhammed Sena Er

Born on 19 February 1993, Muhammed Sena Er graduated from the Faculty of Law of Istanbul Beykent University in 2017. He completed his legal traineeship at Neziroğlu Law Firm, a law firm working in enforcement and bankruptcy law and commercial law.

In 2018 he was admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association (Registration No. 60853) and began practising as an independent attorney; he now works at LOBBY Law Firm, of which he is a founding partner. Focusing in particular on debt collection, he handles enforcement and bankruptcy matters for client companies, including bulk enforcement proceedings, proceedings based on negotiable instruments, seizures, third-party ownership claims in seizures and overcoming obstacles in these procedures. He also provides advisory and litigation services in many areas of private and public law.

Alongside his practice, he has completed training in mediation and conciliation. He speaks fluent English and, together with the firm's team of lawyers, advises domestic and foreign companies in Türkiye and abroad — particularly in Türkiye and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.
