Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), your personal data is processed by Lobby Hukuk ([legal name and address]) as data controller, as described below.

2. Personal data we process

  • Identity and contact data: name, phone number, email address.
  • Request details: information about your matter that you share via the contact form, and your preferred contact channel.
  • Security data: an irreversibly hashed IP address and browser information.

We recommend that you do not share special categories of data, such as health information or criminal records, through our forms; such information can be discussed separately with your lawyer when needed.

3. Purposes

We process your data to assess your request, contact you, schedule appointments, comply with our legal obligations and ensure information security.

4. Legal bases

Your data is processed on the basis of steps necessary to enter into or perform a contract, compliance with legal obligations and our legitimate interests; where none of these applies, on the basis of your explicit consent.

5. Transfers

Your data may be shared, strictly for the purposes above, with our hosting and email service providers and, where legally required, with competent public authorities. [If servers outside Türkiye are used, the legal basis under KVKK Art. 9 must be stated here.]

6. Retention

Requests that do not lead to an engagement are deleted or anonymized after 12 months at the latest. If an engagement is established, data is retained for the periods required by law.

7. Your rights

You have the right to know whether your data is processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing and the recipients, to request rectification, erasure or destruction, to object to adverse outcomes of automated analysis and to claim compensation for damages. Under the GDPR, you also have the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

8. Contact

You can send requests regarding your rights in writing to [email address] or [postal address]. We will respond free of charge within 30 days.
