Overview
Criminal Law
In criminal proceedings, the first steps often shape the entire process. Access to a lawyer during custody and questioning is a right guaranteed by the Constitution and the Code of Criminal Procedure. Mistakes made at this stage can have consequences that are difficult to remedy later.
As defense counsel for suspects and defendants, we conduct the defense at every stage of the investigation and trial. We represent clients who have been harmed by a crime as counsel for victims and intervening parties. We examine all evidence in the file and determine the defense strategy together with our client.
